From PDF to finished site:
I am a professional freelance graphic designer based in Anglesey, North Wales, and have been working on a number of website projects with Adrian for the past four years or so.
My role in the production of the websites is to design the basic concept, the overall look and general 'feel' of the site, and Adrian's is to basically put the actual site together and make it work. Even though the physical distance between our two studios is huge, I have found it easy and comfortable working with Adrian since he seems to interpret my designs efficiently and well, and manages to replicate the way I want the sites to look and work for my clients. All I usually do is send him a PDF file of my design and he takes it forward from there.
Recently we have made great strides in the efficiency of our site design and building due to centring them around the Joomla Content Managements System. This now allows me to design a great looking site for my client, which Adrian can put together quickly, and, best of all, which the client can then manage himself, no matter what his computer experience. This system even allowed us to incorporate a third-party booking system for a holiday property client on our latest project. Basically the way we work allows me to design and produce great-looking and practical websites for my clients.

Only having a basic understanding of content management systems, Adrian provided me with a couple of day’s initial training having setup our new Joomla template, ready for me to start populating.
